"Staff was friendly. Included breakfast was good. Room was clean. Lunch and dinner was good but expensive. It was noisy at night. Guests laughing speaking loudly, doors opening and closing late, and planes flying very low. Had to wear ear plugs to drown out most of the noise. The grounds were beautiful and the animals were beautiful and entertaining."

"Great location next to waterfall and close to centre of town. The hotel buildings and rooms are much better than the website pictures. Enjoyed the pool, spa and breakfast and even had a massage. Really enjoyed our stay."

"All the food was great and extremely fresh- straight from the garden outside of our room. Service was great, as well as the deep tissue massage at the spa. One thing that could be improved is the number of flies in the eating areas; we were often spending meals swatting them away."

"Beautiful place! So peaceful and with the best view ever! Lovely staff, they accommodated our breakfast to vegan options with no problem and suggested alternatives. The room was dreamy, and the suggested tours were superb! 100% recommended. Will definitely go back!"

"Directly in Cuenca el centere. Perfect for walking. Go to the street vendors and grab some authentic Ecuadorian street food in the evening. Very friendly staff. Building was well kept and clean though a bit noisy. Beautiful old hardwood floors announced every visitor. There is on-site parking for about $4 overnight. A lovely light breakfast was provided"
