"Our family enjoyed staying in the quiet countryside. The reservation includes a breakfast and dinner buffer, which was delicious. They also have complimentary drinks and snacks from 3 to 6pm. The hot springs felt relaxing as well. The hotel is isolated, and the nearest convenient store is a 10 minute walk away, but the trees and mountains really make you feel immersed in nature. Great reset from the hustle and bustle of city life."

"初めてオールインクルーシブの宿に宿泊しました。 チェックイン時からドリンクとアルコールと簡単なおつまみがいただけて、夕食時のアルコールの種類が充実していてびっくりしました。 夕食ビュッフェは中華料理が多く、土地柄もあるでしょうが海鮮系はほとんどありませんでした。 湯上がりラウンジでもドリンクとアルコールが飲めました。 お風呂に関しては、アメニティやドライヤーがとても良かったです。 ただ、露天風呂が大浴場と別の場所にあり、また雰囲気もあまり良くありませんでした。 タオルが浴場に置いてあり使い放題なのはありがたかったですが、なんとなく焦げ臭い臭いがしたのが気になりました。"

"Peaceful and quiet. Use of private onsen. Not too far from the train station or close shops. Houses are more in the traditional sense which is great. Just have to walk uphill a little bit to reach the accommodation. Fine if a youngster or fit enough. Got a lift to the station when checking out as well. How good? Early June for 2 nights for 2 of us. Reasonable price for the experience."

"I stayed only for one night but the hotel was excellent, staff were helpful, spacious Japanese style room. A bit of walk from the Kinugawa Onsen Station but it is a nice walk. I will stay again if I am in the area again."

Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. There were hardly any other guests when we stayed, and it was almost like having a private resort.The restaurant staff made us two lovely dinners and breakfasts, the first dinner was an intricate kaiseki spread, and the second was delicious grilled steak.
