"The place was affordable and breakfast was decent. There are hot options offered daily, like ham and scrambled eggs and a waffle maker. The staff was nice. There was a mix up when we first got there and we were assigned a dirty room, which had not been cleaned yet. So, we were assigned a new room. That new room’s toilet didn’t flush well. But we were only there for 1 night, so we managed without any big issues. We were only there because we had to catch a cruise the next day. The hotel is about 35-40 min from cruise port. So, if you’re driving from afar, this is a good hotel. It wasn’t crowded either. It’s located in a nice area with a lot of restraints close by."

"My trip to NOLA was only for 2 weeks but due to unforseen circumstances I've been here for over 1 months. The front desk staff especially Michelle has been so helpful and accommodating to me. I recognize that there are other nearby hotels that I could've stayed in but the comfort of the rooms along with the convenience of the hotel's location provides everything I need at this present time. Michelle has been very helpful in helping me navigate thru her expertise of location landmarks in NOLA, and the front desk has always been helpful and pleasant during my stay. The showers are ALWAYS PERFECT, and the breakfast adds that extra reinforcement on why this property is perfect for a solo traveler or a family with children."
