From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean throughout, and our room on the 6th floor was perfect. The highlight was our beautiful balcony with wonderful views — the ideal spot to relax with a drink after a long day exploring the city. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was professional, warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They consistently went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, making our stay feel effortless and special. "Visited May 2026. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, though on the small side (North American standards). Bed was super comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast. Bus stop right at the hotel gate made getting anywhere convenient"

"Excellent breakfast buffet and menu to set the tone for the day. Professional staff and very clean. Great access to a gym with a hot tub and sauna. Very easy to call an Uber to the airport and into all the other major sites. Close to a laundromat and several other restaurants so that you do not have to order them at the hotel. "
