We had an excellent time in Edinburgh and the location of the apartment was a big contributor. It is so central! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room. The bed was great and all the equipment and utensils were of quality and very useable. Being from outside the UK we struggled with some of the operating modes of the utilities. Clearer guides would help

Our "Castle view" was on the bottom floor completely blocked by trees. The shower head was loose and leaked. The washer /dryer in the unit didnt dry very well took 6hrs to dry clothes. Check in was smooth and apartment was very clean. Downside is in the summer heat theres no A/C and to combat it they give you a single desk top fan to keep cool at night.

There were shops, restaurants, public houses, transport all on the door step. Transport runs through the night but we were not disturbed at all by any noise. Lovely appartment, very clean, lovely team of staff at the office when we dropped off the case, so that we could sight see the day we arrived, friendly city, lovely ambience, don't just think about going the Edinburgh, do it, you'll love it

Lovely stay. Great view. Apartment was clean and tidy. Fully kitted out kitchen. Very spacious. The only 2 things was the mattress could do with replacing on bed. It slopes inwards when slept in and could do with blackout curtains as it’s very light when curtains are drawn. Would still stay again.

Central location

Beautiful apartment overlooking Princess Street, couldn’t get a more central spot. Apartment was spotless, cosy and comfortable with secondary glazing which kept the noise down and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Had everything you would need for your stay with good quality bed linen and towels. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Edinburgh Apartment.

An absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Well appointed and spotlessly clean. What an awesome location. Everything you need is on your doorstep. Tourist attractions, fabulous restaurants and bars as well as great local Tesco. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is marvelous. Everything is in good condition and it is pretty. Really comfortable and it has everything you could need when traveling. Pretty good size and location. We would prefer that the apartment had a lift and AC. I definitely can recommend this place.

The apartment was lovely, didn't receive the check in instructions as a deposit payment hadnt gone through after changing cards. Only discovered this after I found an email in my junk mail. Staff were very helpful though once I contacted the office and let us store our bags until check in time. The apartment was lovely, location great. The only downside was it is across from a busy nightclub so the noise was pretty loud on the Friday and Saturday nights. Otherwise a great stay.

Great location

The property is fantastic. located extremely well for Princess and George Street with the apartment being well presented, clean and all the facilities needed and as described. The only area to improve on is that the property does not have air conditioning and if the weather is good the sun shines directly in and you cannot really leave the windows open due to noise emanating from Princess St

This was a great place to stay in Edinburgh. It was nice, had all updated modern amenities and centrally located to tasty restaurants and tourist locations - we walked almost everywhere. I would definitely stay there again - It was nice having a spacious studio. A few items I read in other reviews that were helpful: 1. The office, several blocks away, will let you store your luggage until you can check in. We arrived early, so this was nice. 2. There are no elevators - This was good to know in advance. I highly recommend these apartments.
