The building is new and everything is in order. The breakfast was very generous, room spaces are more than adequate. Staff members speak English and very kind, understanding and cooperative. Special thank you to Mustafa for making our stay very smooth and special.

Çalışanlar ilgili ve nazik. Merkeze yürüyüş mesafesi değil ama konumu güzel. Gara bakan tarafında bir odada konakladık, normal şartlarda güzel bir cephe ama yol çalışmaları sebebiyle çok gürültü oluyor, çalışma bitene kadar diğer tarafa bakan odaları tercih edebilirsiniz. Odalar büyük değil ama bir şehir oteli için fazlasıyla yeterli. Kahvaltı denemedik.

Tam bir hayal kırıklığı
29.04.2023 tarihinde 1 gece kahvaltılı konaklama şeklinde eşimle konakladık. Hayatımızdaki en kötü otel deneyimlerinin başına yazdık bu 1 geceyi. Oda diye verdikleri yer inanılmaz kötü, havasız kaldığında rutubet kokan, balkonu kapatıp ek yatak koyup oda yapmalarından kaynaklı ısı problemi olan, banyo kapısı yerden tasarruf için sürgülü yapılmış ama tam kapanmayan, banyo yatağa o kadar yakınki banyo veya tuvalette mahremiyet sıfır. Hepsinin üstüne otelde uyumak imkansız çünkü oda izolasyonu diye bir şey yok. Yan odalarda yere ufacık bir şey düşse sesi sizin odada, yan odanın tuvaleti o kadar bitişikki oradaki sifon, su sesi sürekli odanızda bir de tüm bunlar yetmezmiş gibi sabahın erken saatlerinde boşalan odaları temizlemeye başladılar temizleyen elemanları oteli başımıza yıkıyorlar sandık öyle bir gürültü. Kahvaltıya gelirsek olabilecek en en vasat kahvaltı, bu devirde kahvaltıda kahve isterseniz nescafenizi kendiniz yapıp içersiniz bir filtre kahve yok. Kahvaltıdaki çeşit görebileceğiniz en ucuz en sıradan kahvaltı içeriği. Otelin yeri de hiç belirtildiği gibi şehir merkezi falan değil bildiğiniz Edirne’nin girişinde sanayi sitesinin ortasında, sürekli arabaların hatta kamyonların geçtiği bir yolun üzerinde. Oteli kağıttan yapsalar ancak bu kadar izolasyonsuz olurmuş o derece gürültülü. Parasını kesinlikle haketmiyor, bu paraya çok çok daha iyi otellerde kaldık, kalınabilir. Bizde büyük hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Verilen paraya gerçekten yazık. Asla bir daha kalmam.

Çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili bir karşılama aldık. Oda gayet konforlu ve temizdi. Standart oda almamıza rağmen daha iyi bir odaya verildik. Kahvaltı menüsü çeşitli ve lezzeti gayet iyiydi. Belki kahvaltı yapılan mekan bir tık daha büyük olabilirdi ancak yine de kalan misafirlere yettiğini düşünüyorum. Fiyatına ve aldığım hizmete baktığımda kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim ve konaklamam gerektiğinde ilkler arasında tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Otelin bir otoparkı var fakat biz kapida kaldik. Temizlik ve konfor oldukca ortalama. Otelin tek iyi yani kahvaltıdaki guler yuzlu personel. Kahvalti cok gec 7'de basliyor.

Değerli konuğumuz, zamanınızı ayırıp tesisimizde yaptığınız konaklamanız ile ilgili düşüncelerinizi bizimle paylaştığınız için çok teşekkür ederiz. Otopark konusunda bilgi eklemek istersek, tesisimizin iki adet olmak üzere, biri açık ve diğeri kapalı olan otoparklarımız mevcuttur fakat müsaitlik durumu konuklarımızın varış saatlerine göre değişebilmektedir. Otoparklarımızda müsaitlik olmazsa bile tesisin önünde güvenlik kamerasıyla izlenen park alanlarımız mevcuttur. Kahvaltı saatimiz ise standart olarak 7:30 - 11:00 olarak belirlenmiştir. Sizi ve sevdiklerinizi tekrar ağırlamaktan onur duyarız.
