We do a complete cleaning of it daily, and do cleaning as needed through the day, but if there was a large group just before you, it is possible that it may not have been in the great condition that we want it to be in. While cannabis is legal across Canada, any smoking must be done outside, and we make every effort to maintain a smoke-free environment indoors. However, the occasional unavoidable lingering scent can be detected from a guest who smoked cannabis or a cigarette outside, then walked through the halls. We take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously. Any reports of inappropriate behavior or disturbances are promptly addressed by our staff. We are committed to providing a pleasant and secure stay for everyone.

We are a fully smoke free hotel. Though it can be hard to 100% stop people from smoking. When people do, we do our best to get rid of the smell. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

Yes the prices as a little high when comparing to the other hotels in the area. But we do have more amenities in the rooms and we have a pool with a hot tub and waterslide. So these amenities do bring the price up a bit.

We require 24 hours in advance to cancel a room without charging any cancelation fee. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Sorry for the inconvenience of the elevator. It was looked into soon after you brought it up the front desk staff. It ended up being the "hold open" door being stuck on. As for the missing the housekeeping. It is on request bases only. As long as the request is put in by 10:00am the it should have been done. I will pass your missing housekeeping onto the manager. Sorry for the inconvenience
