We stayed for 6 nights at this property. During our stay, we noted to staff that the mattress was sagging. We were told it was dealt with, however, the mattress was just rotated which did not solve the problem. The mattress was never replaced during our stay. Also, several items were missing during the cleaning process including replacing the toilet paper and replacing face cloths. Those were replaced promptly after a call to front desk. Overall, decent property and close to amenities.

There were huge stains on the hallway carpet on the third floor. That reflected poorly on the condition of the hotel. We paid for the breakfast option with our stay and were disappointed with the poor quality of both the breakfast and the service. The lids were left up on all of the hot food containers so everything was cold, the sausages were not cooked and, rather than being seated in the restaurant the staff encouraged all of the hotel guests to eat in the banquet room with the teenage volleyball tournament teams to minimize the service they had to provide. We asked to be reimbursed for the breakfast option we paid for and didn’t use and our request wasn’t granted. We won’t stay at this property again.

My two daughters and I stayed one night here. After reading more reviews, I started to worry about what our stay would be like, but we really enjoyed it! The staff were so friendly and kind. The heated pool and hot tub were good. My kids loved it. There were plenty of towels stocked there and it was clean. There weren’t many lounge chairs but also not many people using the pool. The restaurant was fine. It was your typical hotel restaurant, a little pricey but they give a coupon and the staff are attentive and friendly. We were both dinner and breakfast there. My girls enjoyed the breakfast- dinner not so much. The beds were soft and the room was very basic but very spacious. Toiletries were good. There wasn’t enough towels for the 3 of us, which was the only disappointment. But they had a mini fridge and microwave and a was coffee maker and decent tv. Overall, we were happy with our stay ! And very happy with the kind staff !

I do not like the lack of lighting over the vanity in the bathroom. Very dim !! Also the floor of the tub is extremely slippery and the was no safety non-slip mat available. I like the location, the quiet, and the cleanliness.

Staff were kind and helpful, multiple hotels in area that had other restaurant options, convenient being near the edge of city and close to Costco and other shopping outlets/ stores, underground parking for winter months pool and hot tub were clean. Over all a nice place and Decently priced.

The property charged us $250 for using the microwave claiming it was cooking which they tell us after they have a no cooking policy. Why provide a microwave then? Tried to reason with Shahil the customer manager, but was not receptive in any way. Dissappointed

The room was wonderful, with a nice view and good amenities. Our check in experience however was not ideal. We were not given any information about breakfasts, where the gym and pool was along with no explanation of the deposit process, checkout times and pretty much anything you would expect to hear when checking in to a hotel. Other than that, our experience at the Sheretan was lovely.

The bed wasn’t as comfy as others, but the pillows were awesome. Staff were polite, but no cleaning or tidying between check in and out. Staff did give more tea and coffee pods when asked, but wanted to charge for a bottle of water! What the heck??!! I found that to be unnecessarily cheap. Other than the facility itself and a morning coffee urn, there was no snacks or anything else except for purchase.

On the Friday there were a ton of rowdy teenagers in the pool. It was annoying but the hotel did deal with ut when reported. We were not a huge fan of the menu in the restaurant. Choices were very limited. Other than that, the stay was good.

Fantastic property and location just outside Edmonton. Nothing to complain about at all. Rooms are large and the bathroom we had was also much larger than most hotels. On the downside the buffet breakfast was nice but a little Shaky. Wasn't always as hot as you'd like and sometimes the trays were empty. But we have no complaints at all and would definately stay here again!
