Restaurant has a new owner from 1st May only, it is opening very soon, the earlier owner RIO got sick and she had to discontinue her lease middle of the year.Thanks for your stay and your positive feedback.

Internet was horrible. There is no restaurant as they advertise no elevator, the ac didnt work, Breakfast is microwave food

the building is holding 75 rooms since 15 years under the same ownership and management. Mostly houseful, not easy to book the room as a walk-in, so we must be doing many thing right to keep our guests happy.

our room stank of cigarettes and there were sex workers in the hallway outside our room and all over the lobby

The property is still recovering from the financial hardship brought on by the pandemic. The facility was clean but some things were very worn and showing age. The free breakfast was under staffed. lots of stuff ran out and it took to long to replemish.

Was shocked upon arrival that I had actually been booked into a smoking room?? I didn’t think there was even such a thing anymore. The front desk staff managed to get us into a non smoking room though so that was nice at least. The silver lining is that the beds were actually quite comfortable. Expedia charged me in USD instead of CDN so I was a little frustrated about that but I will be more aware next time and possibly use a Canadian app for booking.

Dear Guest, you booked thru Expedia. When you receive confirmation it says Smoking or Non-smoking. Still our Front desk tried their own efforts to move you to a non-smoking room. Thanks for your stay and your feedback.

The room I stayed was hot. The A/C was not cooling off, I requested to transfer to a different room but I got a silly answer all rooms were booked the staff said they set up the A/C at 1 with no control in the room, it was like being in a SAUNA or in a confine space

Bath tub was dirty when we checked in and chunks missing out of the bottom of the tub. Staff was friendly and courteous, check in was quick and easy.
