The hotel and the staff were amazing, and great. Highly recommend not staying during hockey season… you probably won’t have a bunch of kids screaming profanity down the hallway while the rooms full of drinking parents also yell and whoop it up. The hotel itself was great, just the other guests made it very lackluster

Staff very respectable at check-in. Rooms were clean. Hot tub was operable and able to be used by those with limited disabilities. The pool is only accessible by the fitted ladder and not easily accessible by those with limited disabilities. Dennys & Chop restaurants are directly attached to the hotel and can both be accessed without needing to leave the hotel premises. Handicapped parking is available and located near the main entrance.
