“The hotel is a nature retreat. Ideal to escape and connect with nature. Gurjan was extremely helpful and seem genuinely happy to see us. I felt more welcomed from him than from some of my relatives when I visit them. The Turkish breakfast was amazing and you must have it. There is a small restaurant near the hotel that has delicious Italian food options. The river, the nature, a must stop if you are traveling thru this area.”

“Despite the room being clean, comfortable beds and pillows: check in was 3 pm ( we arrived 3:30 pm) however we did not get our room or access to services such as the pool until 4:45 pm when we finally got our room.
Yea, that is correct from when we went to the counter and filled out the forms we had to wait over an hour to get access to our room.
This is a large hotel so the simple task of streaming check in should have been a lot better.”
