What an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and warm. We had a fantastic dinner of local goose and arctic char. We continued on to the naturally heated lake side hot tubs. We will be back.

This was a wonderful stop on our Ring Road travels. Beautiful room, hot tubs were lovely, food was amazing and the northern light show was perfectly placed above the water as we viewed from the rocky shore (or through the large windows fronting the room). The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Situated right next to the lake, this hotel boasts a truly beautiful location. The staff were remarkably friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of the lake. The included breakfast buffet was a great touch that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the lack of a TV in the room, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended if you’re staying in the area.

Everything was great with a great breakfast. We arrived during a wind and rain storm and it’s tough walking outside with luggage in the weather but they used a golf cart to help us.

The hotel was super clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. The breakfast was good but dinner was not so good. Not worth what they are charging. I recommend staying here but eat dinner somewhere else.

Loved the lake view room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and enjoyed the lakefront hot tubs. The golf cart to take luggage to your room was. Nice touch!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay in Iceland We had a fantastic stay during our Iceland trip! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with everything we needed after long days of exploring Iceland. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The location was convenient for exploring, and coming back to such a comfortable place after a full day of waterfalls, glaciers, and scenic drives made the experience even better. The room was well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable part of our Iceland adventure. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland! 🇮🇸❤️ 5/5 — Highly recommended!

The property is modern and clean in a great location to visit East of Iceland. it has a beautiful view from all rooms. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful with planning our sightseeing trips. The only negative thing is that it got really really warm in our room the morning we were leaving as it was unusually warm that day and there is no AC.

Amazing stop to enjoy Lake Myvatn! Friendly reception, great breakfast options, two hot tubs on site with Lake views and a mini fridge, which was unexpected. Do Stop for some groceries since there are not a ton of options around. Spacious rooms! Easy parking. I am a luxury travel advisor from United States. Room was very spacious, when we arrived the staff helped us to our room and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do in the area. We walked the property and it was very well kept - beautiful views on both sides. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to choose from. Would highly recommend!
