The hostel is good. The rooms are equipped with the essentials and are mostly clean. The common areas could have been cleaner though. The kitchen is not so well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helped immediately with any problems. I would recommend the hostel for a short stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful when you could find them. The lock on the door to our room was broken, it either didn’t lock or we would be locked in or out of the room. It was extremely hot in the room, difficult to get comfortable and sleep. Uncomfortable beds. No option to open window. Too bright and only light curtains. Loud people next door late night and early morning. Didn’t even use the showers. We do not mind basic or not so fancy accommodation but I would not stay here again nor recommend staying here.

I had a delayed flight and could not make the original prepaid day of the reservation. They were able to move the day forward which I was grateful for. It's also a great location to reach Studlagil Canyon! And the attached restaurant has some really good food as well!

Overall this property is functional and okay for overnight stay close to canyon but feels outdated. Shared kitchen was useful to make meals w/stove n shared dinning area. bthrms r shared n everything was functional but just felt old n outdated but still okay for what is needed.

The room I was given smelled so bad like paint or chemicals, I couldn't stay in there for 5 minutes without getting nauseous. They did give me a different room, which fixed that issue. However, the whole hostel side of the building is stuffy and rundown. The bathroom shower kept spurting, and fluctuating temperature. It was also so dirty I had to make sure I didn't touch anything while in there. There are stains on the walls and ceilings. The heaters in the bedroom didn't turn on and the room was freezing. Bed sheets and duvet covers are so thin you can see through them. Walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING in the building! The room next to me was up talking til 1am. So even after going through everything else, I kept getting woken up when I was trying to sleep. I was also told both by message and a couple times in person that reception is open til 11pm... but when I went down at 9:30pm it was closed (he told me just 1 hour before that, that reception would be open til 11pm. They even lock a door connecting the hostel and front desk so you can't access the area at all. I tried messaging on Expedia to ask a couple questions but no response there either. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. It was horrible!

Die hostelzimmer im 1.OG inklusive Waschräume sind gruselig… ich konnte dort leider keine Nacht verbringen, das Bettlaken war fleckig, an den Fenstern saßen Fliegen, die Waschräume dunkel und schmutzig… Aus Höflichkeit bekam ich dann eines der freien Hotelzimmer. Das Personal ist großartig und hat immer eine Lösung parat, ihnen ist die Zufriedenheit der Gäste sehr wichtig!! Ins Hotel würde ich wiederkommen, ins Hostel auf gar keinen Fall!
