"All the rooms face the ocean. The view is beautiful from any room. The property, pools, lobbies, are very well maintained. It was a pleasure staying here. They even upgraded us to a bigger room with a gorgeous massive balcony (the Gala room). The breakfast was fantastic. And clean and well maintained. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only constructive criticism I can give is that the “concierge” service needs serious work. The concierge (when he was actually there, which was rare) was very friendly but knowledge was minimal. Also they had no ideas for us as to what else there was to doin Eilat. There should be a knowledgeable dedicated concierge in a hotel such as this one that is upscale (and maybe brochures if things to doing Eilat)"

"Clean, has a great breakfast and very nice staff at a relatively affordable price. Has a pool, safe in the room and a grocery store nearby. On the downside, it's about 20 mins walking away from the beach (not a problem if you rent a car) and (as of May 26) could use some renovation. Still, a great stay for the price. We've enjoyed our time there."

You can really feel that everyone at the hotel genuinely cares about the guests and wants them to enjoy their stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great and very enjoyable. "The room was spotless and well-maintained. I paid extra for a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be quite small, around 1x1 meter, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was abundant, fresh, and offered a great variety. The hotel’s Bianca restaurant was outstanding, with great food and friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ice-Mall and 5 minutes walk from the beach. "
