Good hotel very helpful staff

Good clean hotel in the centre of Eindhoven on one of the shopping streets. Very friendly and helpful staff gave us several recommendations of places drink etc. Just a note that reception isn't staffed from about 11.30am to 2pm so we couldn't drop our luggage off earlier but only a minor issue

Comfortable and convenient stay.

Comfortable stay in city centre hotel not far from central station. Small room but well laid out with convenient work station. Good shower. Although I had a good nights sleep the mattress was on the soft side. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff.

Nice stay, great staff!

Such a lovely stay! The hotel is located only 15 mins from Eindhoven station. Modern, comfortable, spacious room, with a desk and the espresso machine. The bathroom is big as well. The reception is not on 24hours but you get a message to retrieve your keycard from their box outside. Guido, the receptionist, is great! Very friendly, informative and corteous.

Perfect location to stay

The location of the hotel was excellent even there was a road construction next to it. The receptionists were so helpful and polite. The room was cold for me and they heated after I complained. First of all I was confused and thought the contraction of the room were unfinished. The ceiling, unpainted walls... One of my friend said that it is kind of an Eindhoven, Holland style. Still didn't understand.

Freshly renovated, a bit too "fresh" for our stay

The rooms were freshly renovated, but obviously not finished on time. A lot of the furniture was still missing and the was a strong odour of the still fresh paint. I assume that once everything is done, it will turn out quite nicely. Unfortunately though, our room wasn't ready yet for our stay. Staff was friendly however and the location within the central town is good.

The staff very fantastic. The room was not very comfortable. The bed was lumpy. There were no toiletries except for hand soap. The was hair wrapped around the neck of the hairdryer.

The location was perfect. In general everything was fine. The only problem was the isolation of the windows. You could hear everything from the street and it was very annoying, especially during the weekend when drunk people were walking by and screaming. I was staying on the 2nd floor and had to wake up several times during the night because of that. Also, the windows could not be opened for air.

Great employees, great position but …

Really a mixed bag… the hotel is in a strategic position, really close to the center of Eindhoven. The employees are FANTASTIC: kind , polite and very supportive. The rooms are very small but adequate. What’s really really wrong is the cleanliness of the room. Basically it wasn’t never cleaned during my stay, especially the floor, and that was awful. The price could be cheap for the Netherlands in general, but is not cheap at all in a general sense, so I was expecting more. It’s sad because for everything else the Hotel is really good and a place to be suggested to everyone looking for a location in Eindhoven.

It was an exemptional experience. We had a special room with a whole outdoor seating (balcony/terrace), the staff was AMAZING! Breakfast nearby was delicious and beautifully plated. I loved everything about this stay. Couldn't choose a better location too, in the heart of Eindhoven centrum. Thank you.
