โI recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Jo at the front desk was incredible. The room was newly renovated immaculate and beautifully furnished. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.โ
โMy 3rd stay at Chatwal was very satisfactory as before with very clean and comfortable room ans services. Lambs club was a bonus with nice meals! โ
โWhat an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. We were greeted and given a thank goodie bag and upgraded because it was my boyfriendโs birthday. We had the best and most wonderful stay and I highly recommend it. We will be back and this will be our hotel in New York City!!โ
โThis is a great hotel for people, looking for convenience and new construction and cleanliness in New York City. The rooms are very small, but everything is new and everything works. And youโre so close to Grand Central terminal and everything around it we love the staff. And everything was meticulous.โ
โGreat service and constantly checks in to see if there's anything they can do. Clean rooms and newly refurbished. Staff service is great and the new decor makes it one of the best looking NY hotels for the price. Only hiccup is the ticking sounds from the bathroom lights and the drain for shower was a bit slow/clogged. I only stayed for one night but they sent staff to fix it after I left. โ
"Everything was awesome and very satisfactory. Servic,convenience and room service were all great. One thing wistful was way of showerhead which was not easy to use. I think manual to use it properly is needed.
