The staff at Ace is so friendly and helpful! The lobby bar and attached coffee shop and bagel place are excellent. Super convenient for shows at MSG — it’s about a ten minute walk.

A great location with many restaurants within easy walking distance. Weekend vintage market within a few blocks. Staff is always upbeat and helpful. The lobby spaces are quite dark which is a vibe but also sort of a challenge for getting work done. Intentional perhaps😉. Love this location!

The plumbing makes noise when others are using it from their room, no free coffee or tea provided, the tea bag for sale is old. The staff are great, food is good. Generally the hospitality is great. We will do it again in the future.

For the price this is probably the best hotel for such a convenient location. I loved the lobby it was very homey. The room was small but all rooms in NYC are small. The bathroom did feel a bit outdated, but still clean. I went in the middle of winter and I stayed warm the entire time I was in my room. Be warned check in is at 4PM so if you’re flying in take that into consideration

I was shocked how large the room was in comparison to what i expected. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well – I was only woken up because there was no dnd sign in the room and I didn't have time to ask anyone. The 10% at Milk Bar was such a great perk and really added value to the fee. Definitely a more casual hotel with elevated amenities and clean rooms. Very good selection of bath amenities, obsessed with the lotion selection. Will absolutely return for my next stay.
