The view was absolutely everything. We completely fell in love with the Manhattan skyline from our room. It made the whole stay feel so special. The location was perfect, especially for a city hotel in Manhattan and the value for money was really good as well. Of course, you don’t get the same resort-style facilities you might have at other hotels, but that’s not really what you come to New York for. For us, the location, the atmosphere and especially that incredible skyline view made the hotel such a beautiful place to stay. We genuinely loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Stunning room, lovely welcoming check in staff. The only slightly negative would be the service in the restaurant. Lots of wait staff standing around chatting with their backs to the room so difficult to get served at times but the food was good

beautiful hotel. ideal location. we never had to even get on the subway to go to a show or brunch or an event. all walkable for this trip. we didn't have ac for our stay and the staff was unable to offer us another room. the condenser was out on the hvac unit. unfortunate circumstances that definitely reflects on our opinion of the hotel of course. also, there was a charge for the pool which should be everywhere on the listing. that felt ludicrous. they eventually waived it since no one was at the pool but we still had a bar minimum (typically easy to do when you're at the pool though).

Arrived early 1.00pm, before 3.00pm checkin and staff very accommodating, very approachable.. room was ready early and no problem to off load cases. Room was pristine, amazing view looking at Empire State building. Plenty of space with seperate dressing area and separate shower and seperate toilet. Mattress and pillows amazingly comfortable, great night's sleep and no noise from outside.. (17th floor) Loved the water bottle filling stations on every floor. Bar and outside terrace extremely comfortable, clean and with an amazing view of the buildings around being on 3rd floor there was some street noise.. Bar staff, very attentive.
