Couldn’t ask for a better location in Times Square ! Elevators were very roomy and fast. The rooftop and other bar areas are really cool. The room was very clean and loved the beachy decor!

The stay at this hotel went great! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was near all attractions and you could see the ball drop from the hotel. The pool was small but nice. There is room service until midnight and the food is really good from there. No complaints!

Fantastic stay and the staff was lovely. Room service is not connected to the hotel so you have to place orders (vs charge the room) which is not a big deal but if the restaurant is very busy you have to contact them yourself (they sometimes won’t pick up if they’re too busy). Overall really enjoyed our stay and will comeback again

Honestly I was a little embarrassed to tell people I was staying at a Margaritaville in New York City, but it turned out to be a great hotel. The location is central in Times Square, so extremely close to transit options. Additionally, the facility was very well-maintained and the pool area was nice. I'd highly recommend it!

The outdoor pool was too small and didn’t stay open long enough The shower in our room didn’t have hot water and with the 2 knobs it was hard to figure out which way to turn which knob for different shower heads Staff was super nice - our housekeeper was the sweetest girl she did a perfect job.

Staff extremely friendly. Only negative I can say is the rooms weren’t very cool. Of course, it was a heat wave. No room service while we were there. But it was fun to have a pool to cool off with and waiters who knew which drink to bring you before you even ordered.

Location: Great. Rooms: comfortable and clean slightly small. Pool: nope. Ceramic tiles become grill plates for feet and hands. Staff: not capable of critical thinking skills (comonsense) . Great location, nice rooms, expect 20 min wait for elevators and incompetent staff.

A fun spot that gave such a different vibe than traditional New York! ! The rooftop pool is on the smaller side, but it’s a nice amenity and adds a great atmosphere to the experience. The food was really good — definitely a highlight — and the drinks delivered exactly what you’d hope for from a Margaritaville. All in all, solid value for what you get.
