“The staff member Santiago was very helpful with the entire trip. The first day that we arrived, my room was very hot, maintenance went to check the AC and couldn't fix it. We got moved to a different room, and that room was still hot and we found a big water bug. at this point i had to complain, but wanted to make sure we got a good room with AC and no bugs. at this point we have to leave the room because we had a reservation pending, luckily my sister was staying in the same hotel and we left...

“일단 호텔이라는 이름이 어울리지 않습니다. 들어서면 작은 수영장 하나에 방이 쭉 있는데, 저희는 자는 동안 방을 세 번이나 옮겼습니다. 1층에선 개미때문에, 2층에선 소음 때문에, 결국 3층에서 나머지를 묵었습니다. 방음 전혀 안 되고 샤워기 수압도 마음대로입니다. 와이파이가 공짜라지만 실은 한개 혹은 0개만 터집니다. 인터넷 검색 후 오분쯤 기다려야 하는 정도? 위치는 괜찮았지만 그 외에 나머지는 마음에 드는 게 하나도 없었습니다.”

“The resort was nice and our trip was good; however, I feel like it's a crime that the resort misleads customers to believe they're booking an all inclusive trip, when it is an additional fee. BEWARE before booking that you may not be purchasing the all inclusive package!”
