Pontos positivos: - localização excelente - atendimento bastanto prestativo (apesar de desorganizado) Pontos negativos: - cama com buraco e quarto / lençóis / edredom bastante sujos - atendimento bastante desorganizado. Explico: chegamos pouco depois da meia noite e a atendente não conseguiu localizar nossa reserva. Depois de mostrarmos o comprovante impresso do hotéis.com ela nos deixou entrar no quarto com a condição de conversar com a gerente no dia seguinte. Resolvido o mal entendido, na madrugada de um dos dias em que ficamos hospedados fomos acordados por uma das recepcionista que, aparentemente por engano, abriu nosso quarto (!!!!) para mostrá-lo para 2 hóspedes que estavam chegando no hotel - as fotos do banheiro mostradas no site não sâo as fotos do banheiro dos quartos. Ppde parecer um detalhe, mas para quem nao gosta de banheiro com chuveiro com toalha de plastico isso faz bastante diferença (obs: apesar da foto do site mostrar um bom de vidro, a atendente disse que apenas 2 quartos não tem toalhas de plastico)

O hotel fica bem localizado e tem um bom custo benefício. Porém achei o atendimento ruim quando estava subindo a escada o atendente foi incapaz de ajudar eu e minha esposa com as malas. O café da manhã é bem fraco e o sol pelo menos na época que fui bate nas mesas com toda a força.

Sympa, mais bruyant
Hôtel sympa, chambres assez simples mais propres et confortables. On a demandé deux fois une serviette supplémentaire sans succès, pour le prix on s'attend à un accueil plus attentif. Par contre la gérante a accepté d'imprimer nos billets de bus gratuitement, c'était sympa. Une cuisine est à disposition, à partager avec les résidents de la partie dortoir. Petit-déjeuner complet (pain grillé et medialunas, boissons chaudes, beurre, confiture et fruits frais). Le gros problème est le manque d'insonorisation des chambres, malheureusement entre nos voisins argentins couche-tard et nos voisins israéliens matinaux ce fut difficile de dormir.

Depressing staff over Christmas! Eurgh!
The most dull and depressing staff we have experienced in 9 months of travelling the world!! We were greeted as if we were strays off the street and any time we had a question the staff were incredibly unhelpful. Double bed was two singles stuck together so not comfortable at all. We would expect and understand this if the price was alot less. For the price we paid we would have expected a proper double bed. Breakfast was OK, plenty food but you felt like you weren't welcome at breakfast by the staff.

Nice stay. Staff were great considering our lack of Spanish - we just used google translate! Breakfast delicious, room welcome though small. Shower ran out of hot water and was slightly to small with the shower curtain touching your body in one way or another. Bathroom loud with fan so try not to turn that one on if possible.

受付は全員全く英語が通じず、”俺は英語はしゃべれん。スペイン語で言え”とかなり横柄に言われます。おまけに”お前の予約はない”と言われ言葉が通じずおおもめしました。さらに2泊で予約していましたが、2泊目はシーツと枕がすべて片付けられており、文句を言ったところ”だからどーした”と言われまたおおもめしました。パタゴニア最初の宿がこんなありさまでかなりへこみました。

Camp style room with good services
I stayed in the hostel part of this Hotel - it's basically 2 rooms with 12 people each connected by a bathroom with 3 showers and 3 toilets. It's like a camp dorm - so not very great. Not sure how they could make it better per se though. It's hard to figure out how to shower with both genders coming in and out (and really no private place to change). The bathrooms were kept stocked with toilet paper and soap though. The rooms were comfy and they had lockers in the hallway. Wifi worked good and my rate came with breakfast - which was very good (fresh pastries!).

普通のドミトリーで良くもなく悪くもなくといった普通の部屋です。 フロントはほとんど英語が通じず意思疎通が難しいことが多かったです。 共有スペースはゆったり使えるので寛ぐことができました。

La habitación tenía muchísimas humedades. no funcionaba la luz de la ducha y no supieron cambiarla. La televisión tampoco funcionó y nos tuvieron que traer otra de otra habitación.El desayuno era muy muy muy escaso. La atención del personal era nula estaban todo el día tirados en el sofá viendo la TV. No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo .

口コミ情報で「壁が薄くてうるさい」とのことでしたが、私が滞在中はそれほど気になりませんでした。中心街に近く、買い物にも便利です。スタッフの対応も親切です。チェックアウトは10：00となっていますが、頼めば、出発の時間まで荷物をロッカーに預けることができたので、とても助かりました。

Lo único decente del hotel fueron los recepcionistas, muy amables y con buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes. Las habitaciones incómodas y la paredes de papel. No es agradable despertarse a las 3 de la mañana escuchando al vecino de a lado orinando... En fin, caro para lo que ofrece.

Muy buena ubicacion
Habitación pequeña, pero limpia, desayuno pobre. Hotel muy bien comunicado al centro del pueblo, en el Calafate es importante que el hotel esté situado cerca del centro porque si no te aburres como una ostra. Se pueden contratar allí mismo las excursiones al mismo precio que el mayorista, y por tanto sin recargo. Personal muy agradable y servicial.

tuvimos una estancia muy agradable; la habitación cómoda pero un poco pequeña, y la calefacción demasiado alta. Estaría bien poder regular con un termostato la calefacción de la habitación. Hubiera estado bien que pasaran todos los días a hacer la limpieza de la habitación, porque sólo pasaron una vez, y estuvimos 4 días. El desayuno bien. Ubicación buena, muy cerquita del centro.

Good location, Helpful Staff, Comfortable Stay
We were pleasantly surprised by this hostel/hotel and found it to be a good value with a good location in El Calafate. Our stay in October was quiet. The staff was very helpful in booking tours and meeting our needs. The hotel rooms were comfortable, quiet, well heated, and showers had plenty of hot water. The location was convenient to the main street, restaurants, bus station etc.

En general bastante bien, el personal es muy amable. Ahora bien, es un hotel muy basico, creo que acorde con el precio. No hay television en las habitaciones. El servcio de internet es bueno, incluso en las habitaciones. El desayuno acorde con lo que se paga. Pienso que podrian hacer un esfuerzo y poner los televisores, aun cuando suban un poco la tarifa. En cuanto a la ubicacion es fantastica.

Excelente Servicio
Es un hotel muy sencillo, perfecto si solo buscas un lugar para dormir bien ubicado. El servicio del personal en todo momento fue excelente, tanto por correo antes de llegar como al estar en el hotel. La habitación siempre estuvo limpia y arreglada. Perfecto para viajeros jóvenes.

El Calafate -
è un hotel che dimostra le sue due stelle, anche se la cosa più importante è che le stanze son pulite, e l'hotel è posizionato praticamente nel centro del paese. La colazione è scarsa, viene offerto il minimo indispensabile, piccole confenzioni di marmellata, burro e poco altro, le posate scarseggiano, pane ogni giorno vecchio. Wi-fi gratuito, ma segnale debole. I ragazzi del personale sono gentili, ma non mi sembravano molto professionali. Forse un hotel indicato di più a chi è abituato a girare con uno zaino e un sacco a pelo. Periodo marzo 2013

Good location, very basic and noisy hotel
The hotel is decent but basic. The same building also covers a hostel, so this brings younger and louder crowd. It is 3 blocks from the main street, easy walk. The room was simple and a bit dark. People running up and down the stairs till very late every night. My Hotel Calafate is an inexpensive choice that delivers decent value for the money.

Bodde två nätter på detta hotell i slutet av december, i ett Superior dubbel rum. Rummet var stort, med en dubbel och en enkelsäng, samt ett pentry med diskbänk och spisplattor. (Köksredskap och/eller glas, porslin coh bestick saknas dock, men det finns ett gemensamhetskök på hotellet som fritt får användas.) My Hotel är ett kombinerat traditionellt hotell och vandrarhem, med sovsalar. Publiken är mestadels ung och det spelades ganska hög musik i den kominerade lobbyn/gemenskaplokalen, men det var tyst runt kl 22. Något spartansk frukost - kaffe/te, "juice", mjölk, flingor, bröd och marmelad. Trevlig, engelsktalande personal. Prisvärt!

Clean, cheap rooms in a noisy hostel
The room was clean and in good condition. Close to the main area. Excellent, friendly staff. Breakfast was simple: bread, milk, cereal, coffee/tea, milk, juice. The only downside was the thin walls and noisy common areas outside the room.

город небольшой и все рядом. единственный минус - большинство номеров на первом этаже, территория на самом деле не охраняется и окна без решеток, что вызывает опасения (спасает только то что Калафате в принципе безопасный город)

Part of this hotel is hostel. I stayed the hotel room. The room is clean. Shower and bathroom are separated. Love this design. It is convenient design for 2 guests. Facility is clean. The bed is comfortable. The housekeeper did a good job. I stayed 2 different rooms when I was there. One of rooms don't have a hair dryer. The reception does not have a public one. I will recommend to bring your own hair dryer to Argentina if you usually need one. There are 2-3 routers for Wi-Fi. The connection speed was good. breakfast: cereal, bread, milk, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, milk. Basic breakfast.

ホテルの位置は街のメインストリートから3ブロックほど北（ニメス湖側）に進んだところにあり、立地はまずまず。 スタッフが若く皆フレンドリーで、ツアーや市内のことも気軽に相談できるし、親切に教えてくれる。 また泊まろう、と思えるホテル。

Si tu viaje es de aventura este es tu hotel
Si vas a viajar a Calafate para las excursiones(como fue mi caso), este es tu hotel ya que te quedara tiempo unicamente para dormir.. Es economico, limpio, incluye desayuno, wifi y en el frontdesk te ayudaran consiguiendote los tickets para las excursiones y explicandote cada una! La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena, a solo 3 cuadras de la avenida principal de la ciudad, lo q es muy conveniente ya que los principales negocios estan ubicados ahi! Volveria a ir sin duda! La pase muy bien en Calafate!!
