“A equipe tem muito boa intenção com o atendimento, mas no geral considero a hospedagem mediana. A cabana é limpinha, mas muito difícil acesso para chegar. O carro fica estacionado no topo e descemos uma rampa grande e escadas pachegar aí quarto. ”

“We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. The room was recently finished but not complete. The bathroom/shower was large and comfortable, however the extreme hot water was not adjustable and poor...
