Alle Meinungen und Bewertungen sind wichtig für uns, da sie uns helfen, unseren Service täglich zu verbessern! Das Hotel wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert. Eine der wohl besten Attraktionen von El Cotillo sind seine einmaligen Strände. Wir hoffen, dass Sie diese während Ihres Aufenthaltes besucht und genossen haben. Ja, unser Haus liegt sehr nahe an den wohl schönsten Strände der Gegend. Später Check-out ist immer nur nach Verfügbarkeit möglich. Es tut uns leid, dass während Ihres Aufenthalts dies nicht durchführbar war. Wir hoffen, dass wir anlässlich eines weiteren Besuches bei uns in der Lage sein werden, Ihnen in dieser Hinsicht entgegenkommen zu können. Coral Hotels hat strikte Protokolle in Bezug auf die Covid-Regeln. Sie werden bestimmt bemerkt haben, dass beim Eingang des Buffet-Restaurants die Gäste mittels eines Schildes daran erinnert werden , die Mund-Maske zu tragen und den hydroalkoholisches Gel zu nutzen sowie den vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsabstand immer einzuhalten. Ebenfalls sind auf dem Boden die Richtungspfeile angegeben, um zwischenmenschliche Kontakte so oft als möglich zu vermeiden. Die Öffnungszeiten für den Frühstücksservice wurden erweitert, um Stoßzeiten zu vermeiden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist somit von 07.30 bis 10.30 Uhr offen. Wir befolgen immer die entsprechenden Vorschriften der Regionalregierung in Bezug auf Kapazität. Zu Ihrem Aufenthalt auf Fuerteventura befanden wir uns auf Nivel 1. Caro signore, Grazie per la vostra visita, ci dispiace molto che questa impressione dello stabilimento sia stata portata, le bevande a cena non sono incluse nel trattamento di mezza pensione, a colazione ci sono sempre quattro diversi e vari tipi di pasta dolce, riteniamo che non siano stati a tuo piacimento, ci sono anche croisant, marmellate, crema al cioccolato. Rispetto alla fitta Kalima che, come è noto ai media internazionali, è stata la più dura degli ultimi decenni, abbiamo rafforzato i servizi e curato intensamente la pulizia delle camere, gli esterni hanno cercato di mantenere l'intero Hotel Più pulito possibile, rimango a vostra disposizione se desiderate fare qualsiasi altro commento, cordiali saluti
