"We had a good stay at Hawthorne Suites. Pros: I loved the couch, the extra blanket, the large refrigerator and freezer, and especially, the walk-in shower! I also felt warmly welcomed at the reception desk. Cons: We had ants in the bathroom and kitchen—not a huge infestation, but enough to be unpleasant. I reported it to the front desk, and was told they would see what could be done. Apparently, nothing, because the ants were crawling on me later that night. Also, our key cards stopped working after our first day when we were there for two days. The front desk staff fixed the key cards easily, but it was inconvenient to have them not work when we were juggling bags and other things, trying to use a useless key cards easily."

"Large room in Manor House, quiet and clean. Buffet breakfast has a little something for everybody to start the day. Staff friendly and helpful with tips where to access best. Will be back!"
