The air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom when we arrived, I messaged Hazem and he got somebody around to fix it the next morning which was very pleasing. "The room with the Pyramid vew is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable. Don't be scared by the area and the entrance of the building. The hotel is in a residential building that's not in good condition, but the hotel, located on the 6th floor, it's beautiful. The staff is amazing!"
