We arrived to the hotel and they gave us a room under the pool so we ask if we could have a different room and they gave us a smaller room so we decided to leave. The service was horrible. It was a very weird experience.

This boutique hotel is lovely. It's an excellent place to reconnect with nature. Beautiful grounds and the food is absolutely amazing. 100% fresh and beautifully presented. I will definitely be back.

No laundry services No air condition in one of the room I was charge US$xx for the cleaning which never happened. Its close to all the nice beaches, laguna grigri and town. Secure and clean place. WIFi was good. Kitchen didn't have full utensils.
