"Staff- good communication, courteous, always available and offered good values to island hoping packages and motorbike rental. Location- beach front. There is no front entrance to the main property which is a negative. You have to go through an alley to the side of the property leading to the beach and ti the back entrance of the apartment. However, you have to be back from downtown before 7 or 8 pm to avoid the high tide. Another draw back is no tricycle driver would like to take you back to the property during high tides. That means you have to walk about 15 minutes from townsquare, which is not bad. Although the studio apartment has a kitchen, the property is so close to other big resorts with restaurants and bars! Nice beach walk to at least three within 1 to 5 minutes! You can swim on the beach during high tides, but we prefer to use the pools in the nearby resorts for a very small fee. Price- very good value, especially if you prefer to cook your own meals and brew your coffee. But honestly, the food prices at the nearby restaurants are so reasonable, why bother cook? "

"We had a great and comfortable stay at Cadlao. Staff were all incredibly attentive and accommodating. Very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and AC worked great. Beautiful and peaceful property with great views of the bay and Cadlao Island. "

"I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying breakfast included hut they really accept paluto because noone will like tye food they serve for breakfast. With a very expensive rate this resort is beyond what you would expect I am a Travel and Tours company and the guest who stayed are my clients. I was bombarded with complaints and this is unacceptable. Be careful with this kind of resort. "

"Had an incredible stay with my family at Bahala Na. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The staff were so friendly and helpful with planning our stay and daily activities. Villa was really comfortable and we loved the convenience of the in-room menu which had so many yummy options for kids as well. Great location, with only 5mins drive to Lio Beach and many restaurants, shops and activities. Will definitely be back!"
