"Staff was very nice and welcoming, but there was no housekeeping services for the entirety of our stay. I let front desk know and still nothing was done. I had to talk to them twice about this but I gave up and just asked to receive extra towels since we used the ones that were first placed in the room. Upon check in, I saw there were several long black hairs all throughout the shower and all over the shower gel that was placed in the tub as well. Totally gross!!"

"The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. My problem was with the breakfast staff and housekeeping. I was told bacon was only for omelets. They refused to give me some on the side. They even told me they didn't have any bacon. They had some for the person behind me. So I told her to give me some of hers. Housekeeping did not clean my room. I came back to the room after the concert and did not have a towel to wash my face. The front desk sent some up right away, but the worse thing was they had rough sheets and towels. Housekeeping placed a double bedsheets on a king size bed. It was way to small. Loud music played outside in the parking lot. I was on the 8th floor and I heard it. I had to call the front desk to complain. He sent the security guard to investigate and it stopped. I don't like to tell people how to do their job. I expect it to be done right. The hotel is old and in need of an interior paint job. The front desk staff were their saving grace."

"We came in for the BTS concert, I am so grateful my reservations were not cancelled , I so appreciate this hotel so much. This was happening to many all over EP. The rooms may not be updated but they were clean and super comfortable! The AC was super cold just like I like it. The commentary breakfast was super yummy and the staff was working so hard refilling everything for us lol. Thank you so much!!!!"

"We loved our stay here!! Lovely, full suite and pool, hot tub, and grill area. Breakfast was also great, but only until 9AM. Will definitely stay again."
