Appartement très bien équipé, propre, des lits confortables et le confort de la clim dans les 2 chambres du bas. La piscine chauffée à 28 degrés un grand luxe et vraiment sympa avec le coin pataugeoire pour les touts petits, les bouées jeux gonflables et protections tout petits mis à disposition. “Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.”

“모든게 좋았음. 정문에서 작은길만 건너면 바다가 있고 리조트안에 온수수영장 있어서 12월 말에도 편하게 수영할수 있음. 룸도 청결하고 널찍한편. 바다쪽, 후문쪽 모두 식당 즐비하고 우리가족은 후문바로앞에 숙박했는데 후문 나가자마자 마트있어서 편리. 주차장은 사설주차장이 리조트바로 옆에 있어서 이용할수있고 올데이주차라고 하면 12유로정도였던듯”

“직원분들도 친절하고 시설도 대체적으로 만족스러웠다. 다만 해변과는 거리가 있어 다소 불편하다 느낄 수 있다. 하지만 리조트에서 자체적으로 무료 셔틀을 운영하고 있으며, 차가 있다면 별로 문제 될 것이 없다. 다시 기회가 된다면 또 가고 싶은 곳이다.”

“This resort has wonderful view with Los Gigantes and also has nice employees. The reception took care of our booking for several leisures(eg. Paragliding) and Aqua restaurant. I also enjoyed songs from the resort’s own restaurant(cant remember name) and they were wonderful singer couple. Comenting about Aqua, it is a indepent restaurant from the resort but located 2nd floor of the resort. They serves nice foods and moods. They cant speak english well but there was no problem just for enjoy...

Some improvements suggest: hair dryer difficult to use, pillows too hard, lack of paper information explaining what the facilities were in the hotel ie, opening times of restaurants and their menu’s etc, therefore too much reliance on apps and QR codes,meaning customers having to do all the searching instead of having a folder in the room with everything to hand.
