This is a beautiful property with clean, comfortable rooms and a very well-maintained pool. The entire property is beautifully kept and has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant getaway.

Well-maintained, attractive, peaceful property with beautiful plants throughout. Hammock, garden and table outside the room was nice addition. Pool warm and good size. Would have liked to have had access to coffee, milk and juices and not had to ask staff. Otherwise breakfast was good.

Pleasant stay. Everyone was very nice. Dinner and breakfast service was slow as they never checked on us. Views were beautiful and it was clean. There are some cats that hang out there and get on furniture if you are allergic to them.

The breakfast was amazing with really good coffee and fresh fruit. The hotel is well situated to quickly go in town and near other hotels to get drinks or dinner. The onsite hike was an amazing view for little effort. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel connected us to a driver and to a guide to hike Cerro Gaital, which we highly recommend. The restaurant (Volcanitos) had great cocktails and good food. The happy hour specials were a really good deal too. We really enjoyed our stay and for the price this hotel is a can’t miss.

The setting is lovely, the landscaping impeccable and staff was friendly and attentive. My husband is visually impaired and there were a lot of hardscape steps that were difficult to navigate because of poor lighting at night. The lobby and restaurant areas at night were also very dim. A small lamp or light source at the individual tables would help with that so I hope they consider this. As vegans, the restaurant choices were a bit limited. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed our time there overall. It is a bit far removed from the town center so note that you will have to have them call a cab (they are inexpensive). The American pop music and morning elevator jazz music playing in the lobby was not to our liking and didn’t seem to fit the rainforest and tropical setting vibe.

The hotel is beautifully located surrounded by a tropical garden. We had a luxury room with a pretty view but to get there we had to climb very steep steps. The food was very good but the dinner/lunch menu was the same the 4 days we stayed there.
