“Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

“Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. ”

“Stayed with my family, we liked it and I would say above average/good (Not Excellent) as there are few things needs attention and fixed: Very uncomfortable sofa bed (uneven steel frame), wobbly toilet seat and broken chester drawer panel. Otherwise we can't complain the apartment or the area. Thanks”

“Very nice flat that is clean and spacious. Only issue is counter next to sink traps water in a pool that soaks everything on it. Room could also use a coffee maker. You also get to use the gym/pool next door and get a discount at the cafe there!”

“We had a lovely time here with our 2 year old for two nights. We stayed in the Bluebell Pod which was so cosy and comfortable. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the woods and the animals. Many thanks. Hope to come again next year! ”

“The building and grounds are beautiful. Staff are amazing and amazing 5 star touches such as a drink on arrival, freshly made biscuits in the room. They also gave us a complimentary drink in our room due to it being our anniversary. What lets this place down slightly is the room. Whilst it was still very nice it was on the small side and the shower is the main thing which is not good enough. It’s an old shower head which looks like something you would get in a travel lodge and water pressure...

“The venue was nice but felt a little tired. The window in the room we had did not shut properly as it was broken. The table in the room was sticky and dusty. The lift had a very poor paint job. The bar had a limited choice of drinks However the staff were friendly and the food at breakfast was good. Unfortunately there was a lack of small plates on the 1st morning and on the 2nd morning although there was a pile of plates in was actually a mixture of plates and saucers. It felt as if the place...
