“The rooms were spotless and staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort is large and laid out in a forest setting with covered raised open air walkways. There were bikes you could ride from your room to the very large pool area, We took kayaks down the small river behind the resort and it was like a jungle river trip with huge trees and lush forest all around. “The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. ”

“Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues.”

“The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice.
