“Central location. Poor check in from staff, did not explain anything other than providing room key. Allocated ground floor room in annexe building. Old shower doors left outside bedroom window, window very dirty on outside. Excessive noise from occupants in room above at 2pm in the morning. Difficult to identify staff as nobody wore name badges or uniforms. The breakfast service staff were very helpful. Certainly won't be returning.”
