"Comfortable bed but should have asked for room facing the back. The traffic circle in front is constantly busy. There was no air conditioning so it was too hot and leaving the window open was not great on account of the traffic noise. Rooms are cleaned very late in the day which isn’t ideal. The mirror is hidden on the other side of a sliding door which was not intuitive. But otherwise a good conference hotel and great staff."

"Free transfer to / from Sofia airport. Large room with plenty of space to work, good WiFi, decent shower and plenty of options for breakfast. A very good hotel that was spotlessly clean throughout."

"Lovely place to stay whilst in Sofia. Ideal location with friendly staff. The room reminded me a little of student accommodation in its looks. It was lovely and clean. Ideal for me and my friend. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice and hot food was hot. It was topped up regularly. Would recommend and happily stay again. Amazing value for money. "

"Old hotel - feels like going back to the 70s. Tired and needs a major renovation. Very basic guest rooms, entertainment and breakfast restaurant. 2-3 star. Usually reserved and minimal friendliness staff. Functional without any wow!"
