โInnsjekk var enkel og effektiv med et hyggelige personale i resepsjonen. Hotellet har definitivt hatt sin glansperiode og fremstod som veldig slitt og skittent. Rommet vi fikk hadde ikke noe som helst form for ventilasjon og det var dรฅrlig med lys og frisk luft. Frokost valgte vi ordne oss hos andre. โHad a great stay the the niu loom hotel - excellent service, staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were perfect - spotlessly clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too - have already recommended this hotel to friends since my stay at the weekend and would definitely book here againโ
โGreat hotel - staff lovely & welcoming. My room was fab. No parking due to city centre location - pre booked suggested carpark (Q Park Piazza ) worked well (but cost ยฃ37 for 1 night stay so suggest factoring that into stay) - lots of construction in Manchester atm (some close to hotel) but noise was not an issue - happy to recommend โ
โHotel was lovely with many quirky features in public areas and the room. Loved the air conditioning. Friendly staff who very helpful. Understood hotel is reasonably old so wheelchair access was to the rear of the building but exterior was in a graffiti street which felt a bit unsafe. Front of hotel was bright and lively. โ
โExcellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the ยฃ5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra ยฃ5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...
