"Staff was amazing, almost everyone of them can talk in Spanish so that’s a plus, and they were so nice. The room was super comfortable and clean with a good view. (I was in the 14th floor) I didn’t get to eat in the restaurant at the hotel, but the menu looked good and the prices are reasonable for being in Miami."

"This property has the most attentive and personable staff I have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived the parking staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk was great. The lobby bar is well stocked. Make sure to connect with Alejandro the bartender he’s a vibe and definitely knows his stuff. Mark in security made sure everything went smoothly and we needed for nothing. Darcy made sure our departure was perfect and late checkout made things work out perfectly.
