"I liked that it had all the toiletries in the shower on the wall and at sink. ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) But our shower wasnt working the best the first day and the tv either. Parking wasnt good, if you came a little bit later in the evening there was no parking. Overall it was good."

"Nice enough hotel but some big issues. AC didn’t work on the 5th floor. Ice machine broken on all floors except 1. Large group of young hockey players and parents that were drinking and partying in the pool, hot tub and lobby the entire time. Staff didn’t enforce rules of hotel so other people’s could enjoy those areas."

"It was okay but the pool wasn’t functioning all through our stay and we ended up paying the full price "

"The room was spacious, air-conditioning worked well bed was old and lumpy but sufficient for 1 night. The technology to check in was not working properly and took us 15 minutes to get our keys as their card reader was not working and the staff said they always have issues with it. Staff also blamed our credit card and wanted us to log into our bank account to " make sure we had suffuciant funds". All for a $50 damage deposite???? Sounded super fushy so we refused. Then their excuse was that since they tried 4 times to charge us and it didn't go through our card was locked which has happened multiple times according to the desk check in person and that I needed to produce a second credit card. I again called BS. The manager was finally called and she tried 2 times to use my card at which time it worked. The staff never apologized for the inconvenience after this. I will never go back and warn caution to those who are thinking of staying here. "

"Everything about the property and staff was good, but the mattress was terrible. No one uses metal spring mattresses anymore, if they change the nattress, and increase there pilliws, then I will give 100% to Everything!"

"The breakfast was ordinary. Nothing out of the norm. The stay was just a stop over so it wasn't a big deal. However, for the price, I didn't get the feeling to match as I entered both the property and the room. The was a feeling of oldness lingering. "
