“3 eventful days, no water for one day, not owners fault. When we arrived they did not have our reservation so took some time to check with their office and then get the room. They han a conference so Place was full for 2 days, little noisy in the evening but considering the number of people not bad. Lady supervisor tried very hard to please us, so thank you. Place is very well equipped.”

“There are two hotels with the same name, it took us some time to reach the real place which had our booking. We arrived after the posted check-in time, but had no issues getting our room (We arrived 9:30 PM). The room was small, but had no major issues. However, the bathroom was not so okay - the door was flimsy, and bath amenities were not satisfactory. Overall, it was okay for a overnight stopover while driving from Johannesburg to Kruger. ”

“Nous avions réservé et payé une chambre dans cet hôtel mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la gérante nous annonce que c'est complet et nous oriente vers une autre guesthouse proche de chez elle. Nous avons donc payé 2 hôtels différents pour la même nuit. Après de longues démarches et échanges d'emails, cet hôtel refuse de nous rembourser. Tout est dit...”

“Ledumo ligger ret besværligt at finde i byen Emalahleni og vejene har meget store huller. Hvis man tager den første afkørsel fra N4 er det bedre, men det virker mere naturligt at tage den anden hvor bynavnet står og så er det svært at finde uden gps. De ville også have penge selvom hotel.com havde givet kvittering for betaling. De ville have at man brugte booking.com. Til sidst fandt de dog ud af at værelset var betalt og vi fik et bedre end det først angivne værelse. Det opfatter jeg lidt...
