"Despite confirming our reservations the day of our trip, we were told that our rooms were canceled when we tried to check-in, leaving us with no where to stay upon our arrival in a foreign country. It is inexcusable that Expedia includes this establishment as a lodging option to their customers!!!!"

"Becky was so lovely and very supportive. So far this is the best experience I’ve ever had traveling around the globe. Becky made me feel so special. Anytime I need to ask for something, she’s always available for me. The room cleaners were so polite, friendly and lovely. I will choose this place million times. Becky and her team are the best. The security guys also gave an excellent and exceptional service. These guys would not even allow me to carry my own stuff. They always carry my stuff to the elevator door regardless of how heavy it is. Best experience ever in my life.
