โGood location. Turns out our room was across the parking lot from the Fall River stream, not stream side. Not really a Mountain View either. They do have cabins and other rooms on the stream, but booking through Hotels.com left that a little murky as to whether you were getting a "stream-side" room. Family upstairs had kids banging on the floor at 7:30am and again in the evening until 9:30pm or so. Room was excellent (King bed room), large living space and bathroom. Small invection stove top,...
โWe loved staying at Streamside on Fall River! The cabin was quaint and well equipped. It was also near the Fall River which we could hear right behind the cabin. The owner was very kind and welcoming, and made us feel totally welcomed. Thereโs a free shuttle that takes you in Estes Park and it was amazingly easy and convenient. Weโll be back for sure and we highly recommend this place! โ
โThis stay was unforgettable due to location and frequent animal sightings. The area along river was an attraction in itself. The only negative was no having climate controlled room (AC). It would have been less noticeable if the cabins were designed to let heat out of room with windows properly placed at top to let airflow cool room. All and all we loved the placed and would return again. โ
โThe setting along the creek is beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly (I think the desk workers name was Baldwin?). Free s'mores was a hit. Great hot tub area. We would stay here again. โ
โA renovated hotel that was pleasant for an overnight stay with a wonderful view of Grand Lake. Bed and the couches in the front room of the Executive suite were very comfortable. For being off of the main highway into Grand Lake it was still quiet. โ
โWonderful historic resort. Scenic location with incredible views. Outdoor seating patio, pool, restaurant, grounds and lodge all added to the incredible experience. Helpful and very friendly staff. Close to town, good hiking and near Rocky Mountain Park. Highly recommended. But, if you are a larger person, you are warned that the showers in the cabins are very small. I enjoyed the ambience of the design and finishes in the cabins. oh, and delicious free coffee/tea in the lobby in the morning!...
โBed was good, pillows could be better. Breakfast was a couple of boiled eggs, which you had to ask for. Other choices were sparse, such as there being only white bread for toast (no wheat or bagels) and there weren't any pastries. The property is kind of hard to get in and out of, but there was wildlife on property so that made our trip.โ
โPeaceful, was all I was looking for on our 44th Anniversary. Love staying by a creek or river. Grew up in RMNP during the summers thru the 60's. Kitchen could use updated cooking pots, pans etc.โ
โThis quaint sweet place was soooo clean and the staff were so very kind and helpful! It is away from the crazy downtown area, but super fast access to all RMNP entrances! We would stay again in a heartbeat!โ
โVery nice staff and very clean. The pools and hot tubs are open good hours and they have activities and smores. We would definitely bring our family here again!โ
