“The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The only problem was I had to dispute a charge on my checking account. I tried to resolve it with the manager, but I received two different answers for the charge. At first I was told I had two different charges for incidental, one for $100 and one for $174 and that it would come off my account. I immediately thought this was strange to have have to different incidental charges for a one night stay. Then when the charges went...

Their tips about what activities to do, what restaurants to eat at, and what to avoid were spot on. The hotel was quiet, clean, and our room had a lovely view of the mountains. The location was perfect for us - 15 minutes from the airport, close to the freeway, and close to downtown.”
