“All the positive reviews I saw must be locals. Absolutely the worst hotel I've been in through my many years of traveling. Carpets were horrible, mattresses were worse. Definitely needs an upgrade.”

“As others have commented, the appearance is of an old-style motel, but it's exceptionally well-maintained and clean, plus super affordable! My room was very large, with two supremely comfortable double beds, a round dining table for two, a desk, microwave, and fridge, and even with all that, there was plenty of open space. Luggage rack included, and I appreciated being able to park right in front of the room and having therefore to move the luggage only a very short distance.”

“Check in was good. I asked for 2 queen beds and nonsmoking. I was told king bed but then was the said we have double beds. We took the 2 double beds. This was a room without the ashtray, but definitely a smoking room. The room absolutely smelled of smoke but linens did not. We put the AC on 61 degrees and heavily disinfected the entire room. The light switch was broke, there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, the sink cabinetry looked stained and dirty, the toilet and tub were...

“I was quite impressed by this Inn. Furniture was obviously dated and bathroom wall could have used a lick of paint but the premises were well kept and the garden was beautiful!”

“The price was definitely more reasonable than hotels in Corning and room was clean enough, but bathroom definitely needs better maintenance. Nice grassy sitting area off of parking lot. No coffee or other food available, but a Panera and Starbucks were nearby for breakfast.”
