Location - perfect centre of town . Close to central station.walkable to everywhere
But when you come out of the hotel only turn to right
Left side we found some antisocial people
We felt uncomfortable
Transport- tram , bus, trains are easily accessible easy to go anywhere
Staffs- so helpful
Shopping-the hotel is in middle of shopping malls
Meals -excellent breakfast
To our surprise we got dinner on the house thank you
Reasonable hot meals for dinners
They packed our breakfast for early checked out
Ample access to coffee and drinks in lobby room restaurant breakfast
Cleanliness- it was spacious and clean
Only criticism would be slightly dusty in the room which made me sneezing all the time
Overall we loved staying there
Will recommend
And will stay again
