Das Hotel ist insgesamt okay. Lage zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Zufahrt- und Parksituation schwierig, aber mit Service machbar.

Ok si vous avez un sommeil de plomb...
Impossible de dormir après 6h du matin a cause du bruit de l'ascenseur : les portes font du bruit et il y a un bip qui retentit dès que quelqu'un monte dans l'ascenseur.... Il faut donc avoir un sommeil de plond !! Les + : - Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. - Petit déjeuner correct. Les - : - bruit de l'ascenseur - douche froide en arrivant le soir (obligé de descendre à l'accueil pour demander ce qu'il se passe).

Het waren schone kamers, maar zeer gedateerd. Het moet nodig opgeknapt worden. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

A Pleasant man who runs the desk and serves breakfast welcomed us warmly. Breakfast was a nice spread of lots of pastries. It was Easter and the spread was generous. Breakfast is served in the basement. There are windows so at least it wasn’t dark. The hotel was full. The rate was high in comparison to what we were able to get elsewhere in Sicily. We came for the Good Friday procession and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. Parking right out front. Walkable to restaurants and sights. The room needed maintainance. A few issues that could easily be fixed. One bottle of water for our three day visit. Next to nothing for toiletries. One small pillow for each person. The small things do matter when you pay $185C per nt.

町全体が徒歩圏内なので、長距離バスの停留所やお城までもそう遠くなかったです。やや分かりにくい場所にありますが、町の人はホテルの名前を言えばすぐどこか分かってくれるので、地図がなくても聞きながらたどりつけます。フロントでは、地図で観光地なども示してくれました。地階からエレベーターがあり、荷物の移動は楽でした。夜は暖房がとまったりテレビがいつの間にか消えていたり、Wi-Fiのログイン画面がでなくなってしまったりということはありましたが、そのほかについてはスタッフの対応も親切で、人間味があり、お勧め出来ます。冷蔵庫があるのもよいです。朝食をつけると５ユーロだそうですが、イタリアでは見たこともないほど豊富なラインナップで驚きました。

A proper family hotel.
A proper hotel.. Yes, the lift spluttered and choked llike a heavy smoker waking in the morning, yes the wifi didn't work well, but the staff were friendly and personable, the room comfortable, the location ideal, the breakfast varied, plentiful, and enjoyable. If you are tired of the bland branded hotel experience, and actually just want to stop at a nice place, with character, then I would highly recommend a visit.

Basic hotel near of everything
Basic hotel, gool logation near of castle. Good breakfast including lit of sweet pastries also basic ham, cheese etc. Not so easy to find... Good choise for one night.

This is a basic hotel but good value for money. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Be careful on the lanes around the hotel if driving. I managed to put a massive dent in the side of our hire car when leaving. Parking is ok though.

Dogodnie położony hotel z miłą obsługą
Lokalizacja w centrum starego miasta, bardzo dogodna do zwiedzania Enny, choć wjazd autem do starego miasta i parkowanie mogą być problemem (my podróżowaliśmy autobusami). Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Dobre śniadanie. Hotel klasy turystycznej - po prostu wygodny. Niestety, dość słabe Wi-Fi w pokojach.

Front desk service was not very good. It took about 10 minutes to get check in upon arrival as no one was at the front the desk. Hot water ran out quickly. The hotel was fine for a one night stay, that's all.

Vacay
This hotel is good for the price. It can be difficult to find if you are not paying attention to the GPS, which is hard to do if you have driven in Italy and their very narrow streets. One issue; there was no hot water when we arrived and it took about a 1/2 hour for them to turn on the water heater or fix it.

Gets away with a lot for lack of competition
We arrived at a busy time for the reception desk which at the time was staffed by the hotel cleaner and a girl on work experience. They were very friendly and helpful but had been badly let down by more qualified staff. There were a number of minor maintenance issues that hadn't been fixed such as a flickering light in the corridor, the fact that the door to our room was impossible to lock unless slammed hard and the bathroom door needed to be pushed hard to open it properly. The room itself was comfortable but the breakfast was disappointing - there seemed to be no fresh bread or fresh fruit juice.

Great location
Extremely pleasant. The staff were helpful in arranging a taxi to take a day trip to three major archeological sites and identifying excellent restaurants.

Bad experience. On arrival door locked. 15-20 minutes to get in. Phone numbers on door didn't connect. Common bathroom light didn't work no toilet paper. Wifi didn't work. Staff refused to acknowledge issues. I left. Don't go. They don't understand customer service. English limited.

Interesting stay
The hotel is quite big but is very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and we had a good view over the town, when the clouds cleared away! It is easy to get around the old town from the hotel and for the price it is a good place.

Gutes Hotel mit kostenloser Parkmöglichkeit
Sehr freundlicher Familienbetrieb. Wir waren am Karfreitag in Enna, die Dame am Empfang erklärte uns den Ablauf der Prozession und der anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Enna sehr genau. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz vor dem Hotel war an diesem Tag alles wert. Wir bekamen der Behindertenzimmer das nicht sehr einladend wirkte (hohes Wc, ekeliger Duschvorhang, wackelige Armatur beim Waschbecken). Frühstücksbeginn am Wochenende um 8 Uhr ist sehr spät, wenn man eigentlich weiterfahren will. Frühstück war in Ordnung für ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Lage bestens, mitten im Stadtzentrum.

Nie wieder dieses Hotel!!!
Wir besuchten im November das Hotel. Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht und es gab einen übelriechenden Geruch im Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage kam die Dame von der Rezeption mit aufs Zimmer um uns anschließend mitzuteilen, dass die Heizung auf 28 Grad eingestellt ist und sie nichts riechen würde und ein anderes Zimmer könnte sie uns nicht geben. Originalton der Dame:"It`s your problem not my problem!" Verständnis sieht anders aus! Erst nach zweimaliger Rücksprache mit Hotel.com brachte uns ein Mitarbeiter ein kleines Heizgerät aufs Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten und beschränkte sich fast ausschließlich auf Kuchen und Gebäck älteren Datums. Insgesamt waren wir vom Hotel sehr enttäuscht!

Stay at home while you are away from home
This is a small, family owned and operated hotel. By no means can it be compared to a large hotel chain. The daily breakfast was wonderful, with a large selection of freshly baked cakes, sweets, cereals, meats, cheeses, breads. Then there was the coffee. Real Italian coffee. Custom made Cappucinos, ask for the doppio, it is delicious. The staff treat you like family. I visited with my family, and it felt like being at home away from home. I would return to this quaint hotel every time.
