"The hotel was nice. Customer service was excellent, like crazy good. We had an issue with the AC in our room and after trying to figure out what was wrong gladly changed us to another room and gave us 2 vouchers for a couple of drinks for the inconvenience. This was taken during the Blue Day Tour with Creative Vacations in Tromso, Norway. I don't know the names of all of the locations, but I do recommend the tour. They take you to some great, quiet spots!
