Our buildings are older, but we strive to make sure every room is clean and comfortable. Being in the middle of a forest pests sometimes do gain access to the building. When this is reported we immediately try to catch them. We do apologize for your experience.

Thank you for the review. In the past we have never needed A/C. It seems however as the years go on each summer keeps getting hotter and hotter. We are in the very early stages of evaluating if we can retrofit the rooms for A/C as is. We do have hair dryers at the front desk. I am sorry about all the construction going on I live up here and hear it every day. We hope that you will come back and stay with us again!

Thank you for the feedback. Since we are located in a very rural area there are very limited options for us to provide Wi-Fi to our guests. Verizon and T-mobile both work very well on the mountain. We are looking into options to upgrade our guest wifi. Thank you!

HI Cathleen, Thank you for staying with us, of course we are disappointed the communications were down when you were here. That was a big problem for everyone. We are surprised to have heard the bed was not comfortable, we have high quality Sealy-Hotel Chalet Plush mattresses and they are generally in good shape. I will inspect the room you stayed to make sure there are no issues. Do you remember which room number that you were in? I am glad that our crew was friendly, that is very important to us. Thank you for the great review. We put a lot of hard work renovating the rooms at the Quicksilver and we are very happy you enjoyed the room. Although we do not have a recycling program we are committed to reducing waste. There are no plastic bottles sold anywhere on the mountain. It's the little things that count!

Thank you for the feedback. Our hotels are older however it is our goal to provide a clean, quiet, and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

Thank you for the feedback. We cannot tell if you called to the front desk to report the issues with smell/or the sheets/remote. We would have fixed all issues for you immediately. We are located in a very rural area of WA state. It is very difficult to get decent TV up here in the mountains. We have a selection of DVD's you are able to check out for free at our front desk. (The TV's have a built in DVD player) When we only have one staff member at our front desk, sometimes, we have to step away to start a load of laundry, or attend to a guest issue. We always put a sign up letting you know we will be back in 5 minutes.
