"This hotel likely had not been stayed at in at least a year. The owner was also not aware we were coming after we had made the Expedia booking. He was very kind and made it work, but this hotel, as well as the entire neighborhood around it, is completely run down and looks as if the town was shut down a decade ago. "Nothing but good things to say about this property! It’s very well managed and the staff can also speak English and foreign languages well. We travelled here in 2022 but in 2024 we wanted to try out a new hotel in the area to compare but there’s no competition for King Hotel! In my opinion, King Hotel is the best in Thai Nguyen! "

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"
