"Good location , breakfast is ok, one receptionist was super nice although another wasn’t very friendly (when we asked about directions she literally told us to use Google Maps instead ) my major negative point is cleanliness- the room floors were extremely dirty (although wooden floors shouldn’t be difficult to clean!) this made me question the cleaning process and therefore didn’t have housekeeping clean throughout the stay."

"A good centrally located hotel. The staff were very professional. We had evening meals in the hotel twice and the food was good, although the main course was too much for me. On the next occasion we ate in I had two starters, which was adequate, and the staff were very willing when I asked if this was possible. We had breakfast once, but I really couldn't justify spending so much when all I wanted was some muesli, fruit and a pot of tea. The spa was excellent, and the whole place was kept very clean."

"Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location! We stayed here end of June during heatwave weather and the rooftop pool was a lifesaver! All the staff are so friendly and nothing is a bother to them. Personally we thought the breakfast average with a small selection but we always found something to eat. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and equipped with essentials (however no conditioner for hair in the shower). We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to do a city break in Budapest!"
