"My room on second floor felt quite loud with all the bins on wheels going in and out late night and early morning in the courtyard. Plus mirror light wasn’t working in my bathroom. "

"This hotel was the best hotel I've ever been to. Clean and tidy. Staff were the nicest people I've ever met. You can tell they genuinely cared about the guests and it wasn't just customer service they had to do. Greeted by the people at reception and the cleaners everyday. Loved the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby. Honestly, 5 stars. If I ever go back to Budapest. I'm coming back here. "

"Hotel ideally situated for castle & Fishermans Bastion. Fantastic views across to Parliament Building & our room castle view also had great views. Room could of done with a little tlc but couldnt fault hotel otherwise. Join the Radison rewards on arrival for 10% off food & drink in the bar."

"A beautiful hotel, not far from New York cafe. I had booked us an executive room so we had access to the spa and the executive lounge. We also received a very nice upgrade upon check-in to a a two room suite. The spa is delightful and the executive lounge could not have been better. Mike the concierge at the executive lounge made us extremely welcome and his service was exemplary. We had cocktails and even a light dinner one evening in the lounge. The breakfast buffet was extensive, good quality and included a freshly prepared omelette station. There was a small selection of gluten free bread and crackers. The hotel is on a fairly busy street with a little street noise on Saturday night. Overall highly recommended!"

"Very nice apartment well kitted out with everything needed, only thing that let it down was im guessing the people who stayed before us were smokers as that's all you could smell when you first entered the apartment, left the window open the whole week didn't make a difference, apart from that it was perfect and would use again."
