Great city hotel.

Great city hotel for a family, good size room, quiet and dark. The children’s beds are separate and well spaced apart. The parking is plentiful and easy to find.

Exceeded all expectations.

Attractive, modern and really budget friendly, this hotel is a great find. It’s in a good location for the town and has a lovely breakfast buffet. We will be back!

Family stopover

Overnight stay for family of 4 with a dog on the way from the Alps to the Eurotunnel. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Easy access, good location and friendly staff.

Location for the purpose of visit to Epernay was excellent. Although machine check in was relatively straightforward & the coded door access was secure we would prefer a person to check us in who could also provide us with information about the area.

Basic hotel that's well run by enthusiastic people, and with great breakfast - much better than others in price range. The rooms are spartan but have what you need and it was clean, new, had convenient parking and was close to stores and major roads. Had a wonderful view of vineyard-covered hills. Would certainly stay again. Many of the people staying were from businesses and companies, which is a good sign.

Excellent hotel for a Champagne stop

Hotel was brand new and excellently situated for a walk into Epernay. There are two fast food restaurants near by and the walk into town is worth while as there are fantastic bars and cafes along with major champagne houses. Only downside is that the bed frames are not sprung and are hard on the back after a couple of days bu this is really only meant to be an overnight stop B&B

Good location, good quality

Checkin service was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, with a new design shower. The view was of a wall, which was a disappointment. Breakfast was good but manically busy and not a lot of space in the breaskfast area. Close to town centre so good for a little sight seeing.

Overnight enroute to Colmar. Wanted to stay in Epernay with parking and simply to get my head down. A short walk to the centre and bars/restaurant. A new hotel with a breakfast at a great price. AC. Perfect and happy to recommend.

The rooms were warm and even with AC on it seemed not to work. Check in was without a human being. Otherwise breakfast was fine and the rooms themselves were ok with small bathroom and large rooms. It was a shame that the bedroom was so hot.

Good location but poor cleanliness

Good location and suited our needs for a one night stop. The room has never been dusted, as we could see layers of dust on furnitures and even on wall surfaces! The window look out to a Kia Car showroom/garage.

Location is Ok. Hotel facilities are very very basic! Room with no safe box, bed uncomfortably, only one small pillow per guest, bath very small. Breakfast was ok. In the future I will rather drive from Reims that stay in Épernay.

During our check in we had a very friendly man who explained us everything about the city. But later on it was a woman who was pretty rude. Customer service is with cleanliness the most important part for us while traveling. All the rest was very good.
